Musician Sam Fender has promised to lower ticket prices for his 2027 Proper Massive Stadium Tour after receiving complaints from fans. The Guardian, the Daily Mail, and NME all reported that the 32 year old singer informed followers on social media that the prices are getting changed. [1][2][3]

The tour was announced earlier this week and will visit cities including Newcastle, Cardiff, London, Edinburgh, Dublin, and Manchester in summer 2027, according to the Daily Mail and NME. The Guardian noted that an Instagram user shared details of standing tickets for Fender's London Wembley show, which were split into front standing at 130.75 pounds and standard standing at 98.85 pounds. [1][2][3]

According to the Guardian and NME, Fender criticized the higher prices and split standing areas at major venues, describing the practice as bollocks and stating that it will not be happening on his tour. The Daily Mail and NME both noted that the singer said he was not happy with the current pricing levels ahead of tickets going on sale. [1][2][3]

Samuel Thomas Fender was born in North Shields, England, and is known for his British rock musical style. He has won five Brit Awards, two Ivor Novello Awards, and a Mercury Prize. His Proper Massive Stadium Tour is scheduled to begin on 3 June 2027 in Newcastle and will run through 17 July 2027, comprising nine shows. [8][9][10]
