Actress Julia Stiles and her professional partner Ezra Sosa were eliminated from Dancing with the Stars Season 35 during the show's Disney Night episode, UPI and the Daily Mail reported. Stiles, 45, and Sosa, 25, performed a paso doble to the song Satisfied from the Broadway musical Hamilton during Monday's broadcast on ABC. [1][2][3]

The Daily Mail reported that Stiles broke down in tears during rehearsals after a rib injury sustained earlier in the season began acting up. Their paso doble routine earned a score of 33 out of 40 from the judges. The Daily Mail also reported that television personality Maura Higgins, 35, finished last on the leaderboard with a final score of 68 out of 80 across her routines but avoided elimination after Stiles was sent home instead. [2][3]

Stiles began her acting career at age 11 with the La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club in New York City and achieved prominence with starring roles in films such as 10 Things I Hate About You and Save the Last Dance. Sosa is an American professional Latin and ballroom dancer who appears on the reality competition series. [10][11][12]

Season 35 of Dancing with the Stars premiered on September 15, 2026, on ABC and Disney Plus, and is scheduled to conclude on November 24, 2026. Former champion Alfonso Ribeiro and former professional dancer Julianne Hough returned to host and co-host the season. [9]
