Inde Navarrette features in Saturday Night Live promotional video

Actress Inde Navarrette appeared alongside Grace Reiter in a promotional video for the NBC late-night sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live, UPI reported. The 25-year-old actress is preparing to make her debut as a guest host for the Halloween episode of the show. [1]

In the promotional teaser released on Wednesday, Navarrette stays calm during a jump scare, confuses her assigned hosting date with Valentine's Day, and jokingly describes her movie Obsession as a rom-com, according to UPI. When Reiter asks how the project could be considered a romantic comedy, Navarrette suddenly switches her demeanor to reflect her character Nikki. [1]

Navarrette previously played roles in the drama series 13 Reasons Why and the superhero television series Superman and Lois. She achieved global recognition after starring in the supernatural horror movie Obsession. Fox News reported that the movie earned over $523 million globally, while FTMQ News reported earlier that she has been cast as Rogue in an upcoming X-Men film. [2][6][8][9]

Fox News also reported that Navarrette has expressed interest in joining an upcoming Call of Duty film project directed by Taylor Sheridan and Peter Berg. [2][9]
