Former press secretary Katie Zacharia shares Halloween outfit guide online

Former White House press secretary Katie Zacharia shared a social media guide on how to dress up as her for Halloween. The New York Post, Newsweek, and The Independent all reported that she posted instructions for fans after expressed disappointment that she was not a popular costume choice this year. [1][3][4]

On the eve of Halloween, Zacharia detailed the clothing she wore during her single press briefing on Oct. 13, according to the New York Post. The outlet reported that her ensemble included high heels costing roughly $1,000 and other items totaling around $2,500. She also highlighted her size 00 figure and noted that her blonde hair was natural. [1]

The post followed a parodic portrayal on television. The Mirror US and the Irish Star both reported that Saturday Night Live mocked Zacharia's press briefing during the cold open of its Halloween episode. [5][6]

As FTMQ News reported earlier, Zacharia resigned after serving five days as White House press secretary, making her the shortest-serving press secretary in United States history. Her departure came after she admitted she did not pass the bar exam despite claiming to be an attorney, and after facing criticism for sharing social media photos showing sensitive information from the desk of Donald Trump.
