According to Fox News, the team arrived in France on Friday morning following a Thursday evening flight from Western Pennsylvania. WPXI had reported earlier that the team was focusing on resting ahead of their flight into France. [1][2]

The cancellations come ahead of the Steelers' scheduled NFL regular season game against the New Orleans Saints at Stade de France. Fox News reported that despite the canceled team activities, plans for the Sunday game remain on track. Yahoo Sports reported that both teams are competing for the title of France's Team during the Paris event. [1][3]

As FTMQ News reported earlier, severe weather has impacted parts of France in recent days. On the injury front, the Steel Curtain Network reported that only two players who traveled to France are listed as questionable on the team injury report. [5][13]
