Printing error identified on printed ballots for California school district race

The Fresno County Elections Department identified a ballot error affecting voters in a California school district, the New York Post reported on November 1. The issue occurs when voters cast their choices using an electronic ballot-marking machine at a local vote center. [1]

The error specifically impacts the Fresno Unified School District trustee race. According to the New York Post, voters are still able to select their choices on the machine screen. However, when the machine prints the marked ballot, it incorrectly labels the race as belonging to the Fowler Unified School District. [1]
