Barack Obama defends Representative Ilhan Omar amid federal investigation

Former President Barack Obama has defended Representative Ilhan Omar in a social media post, accusing the Trump administration of using the federal government against political enemies. The New York Post and Fox News reported that Obama claimed federal officials are trying to strip the Minnesota Democrat of her United States citizenship and deport her due to her criticism of President Donald Trump.
