Country singer Zach Bryan broke the attendance record at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on 4 October while wearing a T-shirt reading Free Palestine. The performance marked the second night in a row that the artist wore the garment at the venue, as reported by Billboard, Page Six, and The Hollywood Reporter. [1][2][3][4][5][6]

The Journal reported that Bryan wore the shirt at the venue owned by billionaire Robert Kraft, who has previously described such sentiments as hurtful to the Jewish community. In addition to the slogan, The Journal noted that the shirt included the phrase an appeal to heaven, which was historically associated with the American Revolutionary War. [1]

The concerts occurred weeks after Kraft asked singer Ed Sheeran to remove rapper Macklemore as a supporting act from his Loop Tour, according to The Journal and The Hollywood Reporter. In September 2026, Macklemore was removed from the tour following pro-Palestine statements he made on stage during performances in New Jersey. [1][4][11]

As FTMQ News reported earlier, Bryan first wore the Free Palestine shirt during his concert at Gillette Stadium on Friday. Kraft had previously campaigned to remove Macklemore before scheduled tour stops at the Massachusetts venue. [1][4][14]
