A serving member of the Royal Navy has been charged with national security offences after being arrested by counter-terrorism officers. The Daily Mail and the Daily Star reported that 24-year-old Teddy Young was arrested at his home in Bedfordshire on Tuesday. He was subsequently taken into custody in London.
