Margaret Cho will make her Broadway debut in The Rocky Horror Show

Comedian Margaret Cho will make her Broadway debut as the narrator in the musical The Rocky Horror Show starting on November 3. UPI reported that she is joining the cast of the Broadway show, taking over the role from Rachel Dratch. [1]

Rachel Dratch will perform her final show in the narrator role on November 1, according to UPI. The current cast of the production stars Jake Shears, Lorna Courtney, Amber Gray, Kevin McHale, Jimin Moon, George Salazar, Sherie Rene Scott, and Valentina. [1]

The musical features popular songs such as Dammit Janet, Touch-A, Touch-A, Touch Me, Hot Patootie, and Time Warp. It follows the story of two squeaky clean college students named Brad and Janet. [1]

Cho achieved her mainstream breakthrough with the television sitcom All-American Girl, which was the first American network series centered on an Asian American lead and family. After that show was cancelled, she moved on to solo stand-up tours and comedy specials, including I am the One That I Want. [4]
