Media personality Kim Kardashian attended the season two premiere of her legal drama Alls Fair at the Crane Club in New York City alongside co-stars Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson, Naomi Watts, and Niecy Nash-Betts, the Daily Mail and UPI reported. The show follows a group of divorce lawyers played by the ensemble cast. BBC News and the Daily Mail reported that the 46-year-old businesswoman faces the second season following severe criticism of her acting performance in the initial series. [1][2][5][6]

The series was created by showrunner Ryan Murphy and became the most-watched scripted series debut on the Hulu network over the last three years, according to BBC News. Despite becoming a broadcast success and securing a prompt renewal, critics heavily panned the first season for poor acting. BBC News reported that The Hollywood Reporter described Kardashian's performance as wooden, while The Times called the series one of the worst television dramas ever made. [1]

Addressing the negative reception, Kardashian told BBC News that she has worked on her acting for the second series. She noted that the show has shifted into a full comedy, explaining that the writing team uses public feedback and pop culture responses to adapt the scripts accordingly. [1]

Separately, the Daily Mail reported that Kardashian recently generated public debate after trying on an emerald and diamond Bulgari necklace once owned by actress Elizabeth Taylor while visiting a store in Rome. The incident follows a similar controversy four years ago, when Kardashian wore an iconic dress previously owned by Marilyn Monroe to the Met Gala. [2][3]
