Celebrity Traitors cliffhanger leaves Joanne McNally and Sharon Rooney facing banishment

RTÉ reported that BBC One program The Celebrity Traitors will reveal whether Irish comedian Joanne McNally or actress Sharon Rooney is banished from the show. The two faithful contestants fell under suspicion during the roundtable in the previous episode and received an equal number of votes. RTÉ added that content creator King Kenny, who is a traitor on the show, held the final and deciding vote. [1][3][10]

Independent.ie, London Now, and RTÉ all noted that the cliffhanger ended the penultimate episode before showing who was eliminated. London Now and BBC News reported that the show is approaching its series finale. BBC News added that the final episode on Friday will show whether the traitors remain undetected or if the faithful contestants identify them. [1][3][4][9][10]

The Irish Times stated that influencers such as King Kenny and Maya Jama possess an ability to manufacture intimacy that comedians like McNally do not. As FTMQ News reported earlier, Maya Jama participates as a traitor on the second series of the reality television show. [2][15]

McNally is an Irish stand-up comedian, writer, and actress who co-hosted Republic of Telly for RTÉ and co-hosts the podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me with Vogue Williams. As FTMQ News reported earlier, more than 10 million people have watched episodes of the second series of The Celebrity Traitors. [12][14][15]
