Kate Luan Collins, owner of Willow and Wild coffee shops in Leixlip and Maynooth, told The Journal that her Leixlip branch now stockpiles four 20-litre drums of water in a shed. However, this reserve is still not enough to keep the café open during prolonged outages. [1]
