Trump focuses midterm campaign stops on Texas, Ohio, and Georgia

President Donald Trump has concentrated his recent campaign travel in Texas, Ohio, and Georgia ahead of the midterm elections on November 3, 2026. The Washington Examiner reported that the president pledged at the start of September to visit 35 races in roughly 30 days to assist vulnerable Republican candidates. [1]

According to the Washington Examiner, Trump has made five campaign stops in Texas, three in Ohio, and two in Georgia. The travel itinerary shows where Republican strategists believe candidates require the most support and where they expect the president to energize voters before the election. [1]

As FTMQ News reported earlier, Republicans are working to protect their congressional majorities across the nation. All 435 seats in the United States House of Representatives and 35 seats in the United States Senate are up for election on November 3. [7]
