Nithya Raman votes against homeless camping ban ahead of mayoral election

Los Angeles Councilwoman and mayoral candidate Nithya Raman voted against a proposal to ban homeless encampments at six Westside locations, according to the New York Post. The vote came just days before she faces Mayor Karen Bass in the November 3 election. [1][3][4]
