According to the Daily Mail, Luster was convicted in 2003 on 86 counts stemming from assaults at his Ventura County beachfront home. He had been sentenced to 50 years in prison. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation stated that Luster was released after serving his full sentence as required by law. [1]
