Sky Daily, the widow of professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, and her son Hayden Hitt have been named in a negligence lawsuit, Fox News and the Daily Mail reported. The legal action follows an alleged sexual assault of a minor at a party at Daily's home. Daily is accused of supplying alcohol to minors before the event occurred. [1][2]

The lawsuit was first reported by TMZ, according to Fox News. The court filing states that Hitt hosted the gathering on March 28 while Daily was attending a wrestling event. Daily is accused of purchasing the alcohol despite knowing that minors would be attending the party. [1]

According to the lawsuit cited by Fox News, a minor victim identified as Jane B. Doe lost consciousness after drinking a Four Loko beverage and was raped by a minor boy identified as John B. Doe. The Daily Mail reported that the lawsuit also accuses the 48-year-old Daily of removing evidence from her home after the alleged assault. [1][2]

Daily was married to Hogan for almost two years before his death in July 2025, the Daily Mail reported. Hogan, whose birth name was Terry Gene Bollea, was a six-time WWF and WWE Champion as well as a six-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion during his decades in professional wrestling. [2][8][9]
