According to court documents cited by Fox 10 and reported by the New York Post, Carroll was charged with two counts of second-degree making a terrorist threat. The alleged incident occurred on October 14 at a Hooters location on Airport Boulevard in Mobile. [1]

The New York Post reported that Carroll first targeted an employee at the restaurant, telling her that he rapes little girls and that he has dug ditches and killed people before. Court documents show that he then allegedly turned to address another employee at the establishment. [1]
