Clarence Seedorf addresses global conflicts in first Corinthians press conference

Newly appointed Corinthians head coach Clarence Seedorf stated during his first press conference that football must be kept in perspective while genocides and conflicts continue around the world. Al Jazeera and Roya News both reported on his comments, with Roya News noting that Seedorf specifically referenced Gaza. [1][4]

Before speaking to the media, Seedorf held his first tactical session with the squad, as reported by OneFootball. Forza Football also covered the behind the scenes activity during his first day in charge at the Brazilian club. [3][5]

However, Seedorf faced an immediate delay to his managerial debut. Goal.com reported that he was ruled out of managing Corinthians from the dugout against Vitoria because of work visa issues. [2]

Seedorf is a Dutch professional football manager and former professional player. He is currently working as the head coach of the Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A club Corinthians. [6]
