The Daily Mail and AOL.com reported that Hudson, 25, has already started dating other men since the split from 74-year-old Belichick. Despite the reported separation, the Daily Mail said the couple appeared to continue flaunting their romance publicly for several months. [2][3][11]

Staff members at the University of North Carolina football office were unaware of the breakup prior to the news reports, according to the New York Post, which cited statements given to USA Today Sports. [6][7]

Belichick is the head coach for the North Carolina Tar Heels football team. He won six Super Bowl championships as head coach of the New England Patriots, along with two more as defensive coordinator for the New York Giants. [1][12]
