Bank of America upgraded French semiconductor company Soitec SA from Neutral to Buy on Friday, according to Euronews. The bank raised its price target for the stock from €152 to €300, which implies a potential rise of more than 90 percent. [1]

Euronews reported that shares in the Paris-listed company have climbed almost sevenfold in 2026. Stock prices increased from approximately €23 in early January to roughly €154 on Monday afternoon. The sharp rise occurred despite Soitec reporting a 34 percent decline in annual revenue for the previous year. [1]

The semiconductor firm has become one of the largest European artificial intelligence stock market winners in 2026, Euronews reported. The growth is driven by specialized technology that few competitors are able to manufacture. [1]
