According to the Irish Examiner, Ms Sachurka lives at an apartment at 34 South Terrace, Cork. She faces charges of possessing a sharply pointed object under the Firearms and Offensive Weapons Act, as well as causing criminal damage to a house located at O'Connell Avenue in Turner's Cross. [1]
There was no objection to bail during the court session on Tuesday afternoon, the Irish Examiner reported. However, Judge David Waters ordered Ms Sachurka to stay away from the O'Connell Avenue house and to have no direct or indirect contact with anyone living there. [1]
