Former Bachelor star and wellness influencer Sam Wood has made a fresh application for bail in a Queensland court regarding domestic violence charges. According to the Guardian, court proceedings included allegations about his party lifestyle, drug and alcohol use, and alleged anger issues following charges that he choked and assaulted his wife in Noosa. As FTMQ News reported earlier, a magistrate previously refused release for Sam Wood at the Maroochydore Magistrates Court. Police allege that he threw his wife into a wall, choked her, and banged her head on the floor in Noosa, leading to his transfer to the Brisbane Correctional Centre in Wacol. [3]
Following the initial refusal of bail, his legal team confirmed plans to take the bail appeal to the Queensland Supreme Court, as reported earlier by FTMQ News. [3]
