Police are investigating Luke Campbell, the Reform UK mayor for Hull and East Yorkshire Combined Authority, after he allegedly showed naked pictures of himself to a female member of staff. The Daily Mail and Metro report that the 39 year old mayor is under investigation following the allegations. [1][2]
According to the Daily Mail, Campbell called a senior female employee to his desk and displayed four naked and sexualised images of himself on a computer screen. The alleged incident occurred in an office in central Hull in May and was witnessed by another colleague. [1]
Campbell is a British politician who has served as the inaugural strategic authority mayor for Hull and East Yorkshire since May 6, 2025. He is also a former professional boxer who competed between 2013 and 2021, and he won an Olympic gold medal. [1][3]
The allegation comes as Reform UK faces heightened scrutiny regarding its staff and standards. As FTMQ News reported earlier, an undercover investigation previously captured Reform UK politicians making offensive comments and staff discussing candidate vetting procedures. [6]
