Police issue warning after masked individual performs doorstep stunt in Texas

Fox News reported that police in Watauga, Texas, issued a warning after an unidentified person wearing a Joe Biden mask performed a stunt on a residential doorstep. According to Wide Open Country, Daily Mail, and Fox News, doorbell camera video captured the individual eating a banana through the mask on a stranger's doorstep. [1][2][3]

Fox News reported that the doorbell camera video shows the visitor approaching the Watauga home wearing a mask that resembles the former president. The person was wearing a shirt that appeared to say FREEDOM, which is similar to shirts associated with Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA. Fox News added that the individual touched the camera twice before eating the banana and walking away. [1]

The English word stranger entered the language in the late 14th century from the Old French term estrangier, which means foreigner or alien. It traces back to the Vulgar Latin word extraneus, denoting someone outside or beyond a familiar social or geographic sphere. [7]

Fox News reported that the police response included a warning to the public that pranks of this nature can lead to dangerous confrontations. [1]
