Patrick Patsy O Sullivan, a 35 year old chef from Mallow, went missing 34 years ago in 1992. As FTMQ News reported earlier, O Sullivan was last seen by his family in Lombardstown, County Cork, during April 1992. The Irish Examiner reported that his family recently learned he was located deceased in England. [1][3]

The Irish Examiner reported that O Sullivan moved to London in 1994 and lived with his husband, taking his husband's surname of Aldridge. He died in 2024. His family discovered his fate after three decades of searching for him. [1]

Before he disappeared, O Sullivan had been hospitalised with mental health issues, the Irish Examiner reported. His brother, Jerry O Sullivan, recalled that Patsy suffered physical and mental abuse because of his sexuality. His family has now been united with his husband's family through his carer, Tina, to help answer remaining questions about his life. [1]
