A primary school teacher has appeared in an Australian court accused of secretly filming children using the bathroom. The Daily Mail, The Age, and the Brisbane Times all report that primary school teacher Timothy Blamires is accused of filming more than 350 children. [1][2][3]
According to the Daily Mail, the 33 year old appeared before the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday, 9 October 2026. The charge sheets released by the court showed the alleged offenses took place over six months at Kingswood Primary School, located in Dingley Village in the south-east of Melbourne. [1]
The Daily Mail reported that Blamires installed spy cameras inside fragrance dispensers in the male toilets at the school. He is accused of using the hidden devices to film children more than 357 times between October and his court appearance. [1]
