Husband appears in court charged with murder of royal family doctor
A man has appeared in court accused of killing his wife, a general practitioner to the royal family, at their home in Norfolk.

The Daily Mail reported that 45 year old Mark Cain appeared at King's Lynn Crown Court by videolink today following his arrest on Sunday. Emergency services were called to the home he shared with his wife, Dr Hannah Cain, in Dersingham on the edge of the King's Sandringham Estate in Norfolk. [1]
Prosecutor Steven Ball outlined details of the case during the hearing, according to the Daily Mail. The court heard that Mark Cain allegedly killed his 45 year old wife by striking her on the head with an axe and then strangling her during a children's sleepover. [1]
