A historic Tudor Revival estate in the Country Club neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, has hit the real estate market as the city's second-most expensive home. Realtor.com and Yahoo reported that the property is listed for $10.75 million, whereas The Denver Post reported the listing price as $10.8 million. [1][2][5]

Realtor.com reported that the residence is situated at 575 Circle Drive, which it described as one of the most storied addresses in Denver. Realtor.com added that the home encompasses approximately 10,000 square feet, features six bedrooms, and contains rich art deco heritage. [1]

According to Realtor.com, the house was constructed in 1931 for $38,000 by architect Henry S. Koch and the F.J. Kirchoff Construction Company. It was built for Mason and Dorothy Lewis, who were associated with the law firm Lewis and Grant. Realtor.com reported that the couple resided in the home for three decades. [1]

Realtor.com noted that the estate was clearly built for distinguished ownership. Mason Lewis was the son of Robert E. Lewis, who served as a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. [1]
