French artificial intelligence entrepreneur Brivael Le Pogam stated on Friday that France has reached the dead end of socialism as violent protests and unrest spread across the nation. Fox News reported that the business leader criticized decades of left-wing policies for causing growing public disturbance and deteriorating public services. [1]

Le Pogam, who serves as the chief executive officer and co-founder of Argil AI, described the situation in the country as purely chaotic. According to Fox News, the entrepreneur warned American voters against supporting left-wing political options, urging them not to let their country become like France. [1]

The comments follow extended nationwide disturbances. As FTMQ News reported earlier, French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu told parliament that far-left groups developed an insurrectionary plan against the government following widespread weekend riots. FTMQ News also previously reported that initial demonstrations began in Creteil on 18 September 2026 over fuel prices and the cost of living before spreading across Paris and other major cities. [4]

The ongoing unrest has drawn reactions from corporate leaders and public figures. CNBC reported that the chief executive officer of Sodexo described the French riots as shocking, while noting that France represents 12 percent of the company's business. [2]
