Federal prosecutors have dismissed complaints from American rapper Pooh Shiesty regarding his conditions in solitary confinement, the New York Post reported on Sunday. The rapper filed a motion arguing that his pretrial conditions at Rolling Plains Regional Jail in Haskell, Texas, were excessively restrictive. Prosecutors stated that he has access to Netflix, emails, and video calls while held in custody. [1][2]

The 26 year old Memphis rapper, whose real name is Lontrell Williams Jr., was being held in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day, according to KDWF-TV as reported by the New York Post. The report noted that he was allotted only two visitation hours each month ahead of his trial. He is currently in jail following a stickup involving fellow rapper Gucci Mane. [1][2]

Lontrell Denell Williams Jr. operates under the stage name Pooh Shiesty, which was given to him by his late brother using his childhood nickname.
