E-bike rider critically injured in Brooklyn hit and run crash

A 33-year-old e-bike rider was left clinging to life after a hit-and-run crash in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, on Tuesday night, the New York Post reported. New York City police said the collision occurred around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Nostrand Avenue and Atlantic Avenue. [1]

According to the New York Post, the cyclist was traveling south in the right lane of Nostrand Avenue when the incident occurred. The driver of a white 2026 Hyundai Elantra was moving in the center lane before merging into the cyclist's path and striking him. [1]
