United States President Donald Trump voted early in person on Saturday for the midterm elections at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections office in West Palm Beach, Florida. According to the Washington Examiner, PBS NewsHour, and the South China Morning Post, the president cast his ballot alongside first lady Melania Trump. The Washington Examiner and PBS NewsHour both reported that the president spent Saturday morning at his nearby golf course before arriving at the polling site. [1][2][3]

The Washington Examiner and PBS NewsHour reported that Donald Trump stated he voted for all Republicans in Florida. The South China Morning Post reported that the president is actively encouraging Republicans to cast their ballots early in an effort to mobilize the party base and maintain control of Congress, reversing course on a practice he previously decried. [1][2][3]

After casting his ballot in Florida, the president scheduled a campaign trip to Georgia to speak at a rally for Senate candidate Mike Collins, according to the Washington Examiner. PBS NewsHour noted that Donald Trump has previously faced criticism for voting by mail despite his history of railing against that voting method. [1][3]

Elections in the United States are scheduled for November 3, 2026. Voters will decide all 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and 35 of the 100 seats in the U.S. Senate to establish the 120th United States Congress, as FTMQ News reported earlier. [13][16]
