Plans for the Australian Securities Exchange listing of Sydney based AI firm Firmus Technologies face potential delays, repricing, or complete withdrawal. The Daily Mail reported that the valuation of the company has dropped by billions of dollars ahead of the float. [1]

Oliver Curtis, who is married to socialite Roxy Jacenko, founded Firmus Technologies in 2019 alongside his cousin Tom Rosenfield. The Daily Mail reported that the company provides data centres and computing infrastructure to support artificial intelligence training and run software applications. [1]

The Daily Mail noted that Firmus Technologies secured major agreements in September with three global technology companies, including OpenAI, Nvidia, and Meta. Under these arrangements, OpenAI uses the physical infrastructure to train AI models and run ChatGPT. [1]

Jacenko is an Australian businesswoman and socialite who was a runner up on the third season of The Celebrity Apprentice Australia. Her early career in fashion and publicity expanded to include talent management and luxury products. [2][4]
