An Ohio bride suffered a stroke moments before she was scheduled to walk down the aisle on her wedding day, the Daily Mail reported. Anna Lasco was getting ready to marry Connor Lasco in Rochester, New York, on September 5 when she experienced a sudden medical emergency. [1]

According to the Daily Mail, Lasco reported hearing a loud buzzing noise in her left ear before her left leg gave out beneath her. She told local station WGAL 8 that she experienced severe dizziness, vertigo, and altered speech, which caused others present to ask if she was intoxicated. [1]

A wedding is a traditional ceremony in which two people are united in marriage, often involving an exchange of vows and special garments. The term bride originates from Old English words that historically referred to a betrothed or newly married woman. [2][3]
