A protester interrupted US Vice President JD Vance during a speech at a campaign rally for Republican midterm candidates in North Carolina. According to reports from Al Jazeera, C-SPAN, inkl, The Times of India, and The American Bazaar, the heckler shouted demands for the release of files related to Jeffrey Epstein. [1][2][3][4][5]
Al Jazeera reported that the interruption occurred after JD Vance claimed that illegal border crossings had fallen to zero. Vance responded to the protester by joking that the individual was one who had slipped through the border. The American Bazaar added that Vance suggested the protester was undocumented, which drew a response from Representative Ro Khanna. [1][5]
The Epstein files are a collection of millions of documents, images, videos, and emails regarding convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his social network. The records include flight logs, Epstein's contact book, and court documents, comprising over 300 gigabytes of data stored in the FBI Sentinel case management system. As FTMQ News reported earlier, unsealed documents demonstrate how Epstein used financial gifts and university funding to maintain influence among powerful figures. [6][10]
JD Vance currently serves as the 50th vice president of the United States. He previously represented the state of Ohio in the United States Senate from 2023 to 2025 before taking office as vice president. [7]
