Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt answered questions on Instagram on Wednesday about her career, her family life, and her working relationship with President Donald Trump, Fox News reported. Leavitt praised Trump during the session, describing him as kind and uplifting, as well as the best boss, according to Fox News. [1]

The 29 year old mother of two reflected on her personal choices and grueling work schedule, Fox News reported. Leavitt also answered questions about personal relationships, giving advice to followers regarding age gaps, according to both the New York Post and People Magazine. [1][2][10]

Leavitt served as the 36th White House press secretary from January 2025 until August 2026. She was previously the Republican nominee for New Hampshire's 1st congressional district in 2022. The White House, located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, D.C., is the official workplace of the president. [11][12]

Conservative commentator Katie Zacharia replaced Leavitt in the position, as FTMQ News reported earlier. The Independent and CBC both noted Zacharia's arrival in the briefing room, while CBC reported that her initial debut as press secretary failed to impress. [8][9][15]
