Swedish Body Scan Startup Neko Health Launches in New York

Body scan company Neko Health has expanded to New York after raising nearly one billion dollars to deliver preventative medical screening.

TechCrunch reported that Neko Health, a body scan startup co-founded by Spotify executive chairman Daniel Ek and Hjalmar Nilsonne, has expanded into New York. The Swedish health technology company uses advanced technology to screen individuals for medical issues relating to the blood, skin, and metabolism. The company stated that its global waiting list has already grown to more than 300,000 people. [1][2]

Farooq Abbasi, an investor at Preface Ventures who provided funding for the startup, discussed the company on Equity.
