More than 100 pieces of clothing and accessories worn by Michael Jackson are set to go under the hammer in Abu Dhabi. Euronews reported that the items will be sold as part of an evening auction titled Michael Jackson: The Fashion Legacy. The sale will take place from 7 to 9 December as part of Julien's Celebrity and Pop Culture Experience. [1]
The auction items include the red leather jacket worn by Jackson in the 1983 music video for Thriller, as well as the loafers he wore in the same video. According to Euronews, the sale also features the rhinestone-covered glove that Jackson wore while performing Billie Jean during his Motown 25 performance in 1983, where he first debuted his signature moonwalk.
