A new study reveals that over ten per cent of people in Britain no longer complain about poor customer service because they feel it is not worth the effort.

More than one in ten Britons have stopped complaining about poor customer service because they believe it is no longer worth the effort, according to the Daily Mail. A study conducted by mobile provider Talkmobile found that 14 per cent of respondents feel there is no point in making a fuss. [1]
