Police are investigating a series of overnight vandalism attacks targeting the homes and cars of defense company executives across the United Kingdom, the Daily Mail reported on October 18. A group called The List published photographs of hooded individuals carrying out the attacks against people they claim are supporting the Israeli military. [1]
The Daily Mail reported that pro-Palestine activists carried out the raids on family homes. In one incident, attackers slashed the car tyres of a female executive and threw red paint over the front of her property. [1]
Palestine Action is a British direct action network formed in 2020 to oppose global involvement with Israel. The group has targeted Israeli weapons manufacturer Elbit Systems since its founding. Since 2025, the United Kingdom has banned Palestine Action as a terrorist group under the Terrorism Act 2000, making membership or public support a criminal offense. [3]
As FTMQ News reported earlier, British police recently evaluated a social media post supporting Palestine Action made by journalist Sarah Helm, the wife of national security adviser Jonathan Powell. Police determined that the post did not meet the criminal threshold for further action. [7]
